Terms and Conditions:
By purchasing a product from Desired Happenings, you agree to the following:
*No returns, exchanges or cancellations are excepted due to the customization of every item I create. All sales are final unless a mistake is made by Desired Happenings.
*If there is a problem with your order, you have 24 hours after delivery to contact me for a resolution. Proof of damage will need to be shown. I also take my own images of all items before I ship them.
*Glitter contamination can, will and does happen. If you have ordered a tumbler without glitter, please know the possibility of some glitter ending up on your tumbler is possible.
* I am HUMAN, all items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high quality products, however, keep in mind, these are love-crafted products and I am not perfect. 
* I am ONE person, handling all preparations, creations, packaging, dropping off at USPS, handling marketing, online orders, websites, etc etc. Please be patient. I am NOT able to get to everyone's questions or messages in one day. However, ALL MESSAGES REGUADING ORDER STATUS/UPDATES WILL NOT BE ANSWERED!
*DISCLAIMER: Each tumbler is made by hand therefore no cup will ever be exactly the same. I make every effort to ensure that your cup is perfect but I am human and minor imperfections may occur. I always try my best to give you a perfect cup. Please be aware all Design, Styles, Logos, Fonts may not all be available to use or purchase. You will be notified if I am not able to use a design, logo, or font. But I will do my best. 
I do not accept returns or refunds. Cancellations will only be available up to 48 hours after your order is placed. If you have any problems with your order, please reach out to me.

Am I able to order a Custom Order?

    What is a "Ready to Ship" tumbler?
    A ready to ship or RTS is a tumbler that is completed and ready to ship.
    These tumblers come as shown. They ship within 3-5 business days. 
    Usually, it just needs to be examined.  All that it needs is possibly cleaning, and packaging.
    If you decide to add customization to these tumblers they will then NOT be ready to go with in 3-5 business day and will require time from me to sit down and design, create, and apply the decal. This means it needs another coat of resin and will need the proper time to cure, therefore prolonging processing time.
      What is a "Made to Order" tumbler?
      A made to order or MTO is a tumbler design that I have made in the past and was popular. These can be customized with a name or saying. Check often as the selection can change. 
        What is a rush order?
        A rush order pushes your tumbler towards the front of the list. This is an order needed under two weeks. 
          If I drop my tumbler, will it break?
          At any given time, if you drop your tumbler, yes! Unfortunately, it happens, be very careful when handling these custom tumblers. I currently do not offer any refunds, exchanges or repairs to damaged tumblers. Only id Desired Happenings made an error. 
          Shipping

          • Shipping is a flat rate of $7.00

          • Delivery is $15.00 for up to 25 mile radius from 77012 area

          • NO LONGER DOING PORCH PICK UP! (Unfortunately, due to high demand in pick up & a lot of orders not being picked up on time or weeks later, I can no longer do porch pick ups. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, I am not at home 24/7 to leave orders out when customers are finally ready to pick up their orders, also, its a better decision for the safety of my family and myself. Thank you for understanding. 

          • Desired Happenings is not responsible for incorrect addresses being given at time of checkout. If a package is late or lost, please contact USPS via email. They should respond within a few days with a full status of your package. Desired Happenings is not responsible for delivery dates and ship times given by USPS. All orders will come with a unique tracking code via email. 

          • Desired Happenings will not have day to day updates on your package once it is dropped off at USPS. All the information you see via the tracking number is the same thing Desired Happenings sees. 
          RTS:

          • Ready to Ship turnaround Time is 3-5 business days

          • A Ready To Ship Tumbler is one that has had all coats of resin applied, and is ready to go (Check the FAQ Page for Processing & Shipping Time, these DO NOT ship out next business day).

          • Usually, it just needs to be examined.  All that it needs is possibly cleaning, and packaging.

          • If you decide to add a name to these tumblers they will then NOT be ready to go and will require time from me to sit down and design, create, and apply the decal. This means it needs another coat of resin and will need the proper time to cure, therefore prolonging processing time.

          • If you miss out on a RTS Tumbler, you can always wait until next round of RTS Tumblers. I do these every month.

          • I make RTS Tumblers based on how I’m feeling creatively, seasons, themes, every RTS is different, please remember I am 1 person doing everything. I try the best I can, to please everyone’s taste buds. Typically, MOST cups don’t come back a second round, unless there is a popular demand for them.

          • Can I personalize a RTS Tumbler? - Yes! You can add a name or quote to any RTS Tumbler at no extra cost as long as it’s not too much. You can do this by typing in the “Customization Box” at checkout. - Be as detailed as possible. If I have creative freedom to do as I see fit, please let me know that.

           
           
          MTO:
          • Made to Order turnaround time is 2-4 weeks
          • MTO tumblers are pass designs that are/were popular.
          • MTO can have customization added
           
          Custom Orders:
          • Custom Order turnaround time is 6-8 weeks
          • How to Order:
          1. Enter decal information in the personalization tab, such as name, font, color, etc.
          2. Add to Cart and purchase.
          3. Tumbler will be finished and shipped in 1-2 weeks
          4. Upload any inspirational photos/ personalization
          *ALL personalization is FREE!! You can add a name or monogram (first, LAST, middle initials, be sure the spelling is correct)
          Tumbler Info:

          • Each tumbler is glittered by hand with high quality polyester glitter. This ensures the brightest sparkle once resin is applied. The tumblers are sealed with an FDA compliant resin that is also UV resistant, HOWEVER it is still best to keep them protected from long exposure to direct sunlight.

          • Tumblers are stainless steel, double-wall, vacuum insulated and comes with a lid. Some come with a straw. These tumblers can hold hot and cold beverages!

          • **Glitter colors may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions. 

          Tumbler Care:

          • Hand wash only! Do not soak!

          • Not microwavable or dishwasher safe. Do not subject to extreme temperatures. 

          • Do not drop, they are not shatterproof. Dropping can cause the resin (glass like finish) to shatter or crack.

          • Do NOT use abrasive cleaners
          • If dropped, epoxy can break so please treat your tumbler with care.
           
          Turn Around Times
          • Turn around times are given due to the high demands of orders. 
          • Unfortunately, due to me being one person i am not able to get to everyone and every message regarding a day to day order update. 
          • Turn around times are 2-3 weeks
          • Turn around times are 6-8 weeks for some custom orders.
